4. Data Storage

4.1 User Data and Account Information

Your account information, credit balances, transaction history, and video metadata are stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database with encrypted connections (SSL/TLS).

4.2 Video and Media Storage

Generated videos and uploaded images are stored on Cloudflare R2, an S3-compatible cloud storage service. Videos are transferred from AI provider temporary storage to our Cloudflare R2 storage for permanent, reliable access through your account.

4.3 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
  • Encrypted database connections (SSL/TLS).
  • Secure authentication via OAuth 2.0 and cryptographically signed Magic Link tokens.
  • HMAC-SHA256 signed webhook callbacks to prevent tampering.
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We share information with the following categories of third-party service providers, solely for the purposes described in this policy. We do not sell your personal information.

  • Payment Processing: Creem processes all payments and subscriptions. Their use of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.
  • AI Video Generation Providers: We send your text prompts and uploaded images to third-party AI APIs to generate videos. These providers process your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested videos.
